Thank you for shopping with NadiaKeating Art! I'm delighted to share my cards and art prints with you and aim to make every delivery smooth, secure, and timely.
1. Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday–Saturday)

Each order is packed with care to ensure your art arrives in perfect condition.

During high-demand periods, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you informed by email if delays occur.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery may be affected by customs processing or postal delays outside our control.
3. Packaging
All cards and prints are shipped in protective sleeves and rigid or flat mailers to prevent bending or damage.
I'm committed to eco-friendly packaging and use recyclable materials wherever possible.
4. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the UK, your country may charge import duties or taxes.
These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. NadiaKeating Art is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges once the parcel has left the UK.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If your order appears lost in transit, please check the tracking information and contact the carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
8. Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your purchase! However, if you change your mind, you have the right to return your order under UK and EU law.
8.1 Your Right to Cancel (EU & UK Consumers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK) and EU Consumer Rights Directive, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, please email us at contact@nadia-keating.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
You must then return the item(s) to us within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
8.2 Returns Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot refund lost return parcels.
8.3 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable (except where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied).
8.4 Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

9. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund (including return postage where applicable).
